The teenagers could go across the street to the beach and we could keep an eye on them from the balcony. The community itself was also part of the charm - many places to eat within walking distance. We had a group of 10, and the setup was perfect for us, with private sleeping quarters for every couple, and a bathroom for every two people. We did not see a sleeper sofa, but we didn't need it, so it wasn't a factor for us. We utilized both the outdoor kitchen and the hot tub- obviously any metal outside in FL will have some corrosion, but we had no problem using the grill, and the hot tub was VERY clean. Overall, we loved the property and will definitely consider it again, if our group size is the same for future trips! ##### Bobbie T.
