Publié le 19 août 2019 sur HotelsNous avons passé 2 nuits ici. Hôtel propre et confortable. Dans notre salon on entendait les gens dans le couloir.
Petit déjeuner correct.
Hôtel situé dans downtown , le soir il y a beaucoup de gens dans la rue. Parking disponible moyennant 30$ / jour.
Visite à pieds de coca, la grande roue, les droits civiques...
Plusieurs quartiers dans atlanta donc nécessité d’utiliser la voiture ou de prendre un bus pour visiter . La ville en Vaut la peine!

After being told by a manager that some certain documentation was going to be submitted into their system, it was not, which caused some big issues in which some of my employees were almost not able to check in.

The hotel itself was satisfactory. The surrounding area was dangerous. There were many and I mean many drifters, homeless, and addicts surrounding the hotel. I am very surprised this area was approved by Expedia. You must realize the surrounding area is just as important as the hotel itself. My husband and I feared for our safety every time we entered and left the hotel. I thought Expedia had higher standards. Very disappointing.

The tv in the bedroom did not work. One elevator was out of service. The breakfast food was not very good.

We found nail clippings in one of our beds that was supposedly just cleaned that why we had to wait an hour for our room to be ready. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The area is definitely NOT safe to be outside after dark or even really during the day. The only reason we booked this hotel was because it was close to the concert venue we were attending. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY HERE. I'LL PAY THE EXTRA FOR THE OMNI!!!!

Very clean, staff was really nice and helpful. Only downside was only one elevator was working because they were updating the other one, and with so many floors it was really inconvenient. A whole sports team came in and we ended up having to take the stairs because of how long the wait was. Other than that our stay was absolutely amazing. We had a problem with our fridge not working and they responded quickly and replaced the entire fridge! I would definitely stay here again.
