"Nice Hotel near Roma Termini Central Station"
Overall pleasant stay at hotel @ Prince Galles. Deluxe Triple room facility has a duplex setup which was an added pleasure. Bathroom was excellent, clean and modern steam shower facility. Reception lady was very courteous and helpful !! I would rate my stay in the hotel as above expectations and would again stay in the same hotel if I go back to Roma. Only point for improvement would be the wifi speed at the rooms which was quite slow

"Great location close to St Peter's and the Vatican"
We booked for a three nights during half term in February, our first visit to Rome. The apartment was bigger than expected, with a separate sitting room and two bathrooms, great for teenage daughters! The two bedrooms had a double bed in one and twins in the other, as well as a sofa-bed in the sitting room. Staff were helpful at check-in and check-out. The location is quiet, considering how close it is to central attractions like the Vatican, but close to restaurants and other services; the corner shop opposite was very useful for essentials, and there is a nice little place for breakfast a couple of doors' down. Although we had been warned that there would be building work going on in the complex during the day during our stay, it didn't disturb us at all. The Castell Sant'Angelo and the Tiber are just a couple of minutes' walk away, as is the Vatican. We walked to the Collosseum and back, which is a couple of miles' away, via the Pantheon, so it is possible to take in the real "headlines" on foot. The Trevi fountain is also not that far away. We were also blessed with fantastic weather for February - not a cloud in the sky, and 15-16 degrees C every day.

"Great Place to Stay in Rome"
◦ Hotel Raffaello ✓ In Rome located close to the termini train station. Wonderful staff very helpful and accommodating. Even after the concierge went home the desk staff (Francisco)helped me book my train reservations. They also booked my tour of the Vatican, St. Peter's basilica, and the Sistine chapel. Excellent tour with knowledgeable guide. If you book a tour, be aware they pick you up but you need to arrange transportation back to the hotel.Daily breakfast, served in the dinning room consist of meat, cheese, fruit, cereal, and bread. There were ample choices to start the day off with a full belly. This is one area that the Italians do well (eat). Skip the coffee americano, its very bad and get the cappuccino. The breakfast staff are not the friendliest but if you need something just ask and they will provide what they have. There was hot water, tea, and an espresso machine available 24 hours in the reception area. The rooms are small but enough space for two people comfortably. The bathroom is even smaller, with huge bathtubs, great for soaking. The bed was hard and there wasn't any extra pillows. The highlights of this hotel are location, location, location. The neighborhood has a few nice restaurants. We went back twice to the restaurant Trattoria in Tettarello for pizza, pasta, and wine. This restaurant was recommended by the staff. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. It was only a couple of blocks away, walking distance, well worth it and always full.

"nice hotel"
Good location in relation to distance from main station, the area is a bit scruffy, litter and grafitti everywhere, but not the hotels fault. Staff are more than accommodating and very helpful. Room service every day, fresh towels every day. Breakfast more than enough, meats, cheese, yoghurt toast and pastries. Coffee juice tea and cappuccino if you want it.

"Great bolt hole in Rome"
The hotel had a great ligation within easy walking distance of most of Roses major attractions (5-10 minutes to the Pantheon & Trevi Fountain, 10-15 to the Colloseum and right on the doorstep of the main museum, you could even walk to the Vatican if so inclined in roughly 25-30 mins). Check in was smooth and the lady on reception was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms are a great size! We were in suite 1, which was accessible by the lift, the hotel does has have what of an odd design due to the shape of the building, but is easily negotiable. No view to speak of, but given the layout of the city this would be very rare. One negative is that the terrace was not as advertised, it is a small square balcony with 3 tables, located near to the coffee machine. So don't expect waiter service or anything like that, it was still a nice feature as being a smoker it was somewhere to pop out, but really wasn't as advertised. All in all a great hotel and I would highly recommend to anyone. A few general tips about Rome if this is your first time, do not by attraction tickets from anyone apart from at the gate! You will get all sorts trying to say they are from tourist office etc but they charge roughly €40pp to enter Colloseum and the Forum for example, when this is €12pp at the door, please don't waste your money! You will also get a lot of street vendors (to put it politely) using all sorts of tactics again, so don't take anything with is 'free' for example and goo

"Pleasant hotel in the center of Rome."
The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is near Piazza de Popolo and is within walking distance of all the historic attractions. The room was quite spacious and included a mini-kitchen complete with cookware, plates, glasses and flatware. The price was quite good as well given it's location. It's not a fancy place - but is clean and bright.
