"Good value for money. Close to St Vincent’s hospital, dining, culture, gardens, etc. Has a lovely little garden with a pool alongside and barbecues, as well as seats dotted around. Safe parking. Room 23 was a good size, with separate laundry, bathroom (it has bath/shower combo), dining-room, Lounge area, kitchen and separate bedroom Comfortable bed with lovely crisp sheets, plus a balcony with two chairs. Everything neat and tidy with sufficient amenities for cooking. Would have loved a plunger so I could have the ground coffee I brought from home. Easy walk to trams, Museum and the city."

"We have stayed there before. We like the size of the rooms and except for the first day, the room was cleaned well. The only negative was the happh hour where we only got $1 off a glass of wine. This was a joke! Elsewhere in cbd wine was $8 for happy hour! Something to think about...."
