I only took a star off the facility for the construction and a star off because the nightstands were not cleaned. The rest of the place was great. It was cheep, cheerful and convenient.

I’m was booked for 2 nights and they had my key card off on the night we came back from a dance competition and I still had 1 more night to stay the front desk person came knocking on the door asking why haven’t we checked out yet

Check in went smoothly and the young man was very nice. The yogurt, apples and coffee were good but the rest of the breakfast could use some help. The refrigerator froze our take out dinners solid as a rock. We almost fell backwards every time we sat at the desk chair. We did hear the were doing renovations as they have a new owner. They could use a new rug and the sink was stained. The walls were thin. The first night we heard a crying baby a few times and the mother kept screaming shut up over and over and then slamming the door. The next night a couple of young girls were running and yelling up and down the hall. Two doors were open so they were with a group. So it’s was a noisy weekend.

We enjoyed our stay. La Quinta was conveniently located, making it easy to get to old Sturbridge Village and the Salem cross Inn in Brookfield. The staff were very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

My 1st room had hair on the sink and poop splatters in the toilet…I complained and 2 nd room hand dirty underwear on the floor by the chair… The front desk clerk called management…. He picked up the dirty underwear…We checked out and never stayed there…. Never got a refund….I took pictures …Would never recommend this place…. Was disappointed and very disgusted

This was a great spot to land for just an overnight stay, The breakfast was good, the staff friendly, and the bed/pillows very comfortable. The rating of four for cleanliness was the tile grout in the bath/shower had some mold in the corners. Not a lot, but it should be removed.

There was no fan in the bathroom which caused the paint to peel and mold to grow on the bathtub tile. At 08:00 it sounded like there was a football game in the hallway outside are door, load banging and yelling. Also there was a dog barking all morning! It wasn’t a service dog because service dogs don’t bark during football games in the hallway. The dog turned out to be a Yorkier or something small like that. No service markings at all. Breakfast was from 07:00 -10:00. No coffee, next to no food and the hostesses were hiding in the kitchen 09:00-09:30. When food came out people just loaded up plates and left the building!!! Takeout I guess. The only good thing was they had Activia yogurt at breakfast. I’ve never had that brand before but it was outstanding!!! I’ve stayed La Quinta hotels before, that’s why I chose this one and liked them for the most part. I think I’ll just spend the money and upgrade to a better hotel chain.

They put me next to the ice machine. I asked to be moved they moved me 2 doors down and I could still hear it. The carpet had just been cleaned, I couldn't walk on the floor without my feet getting soaked. THEN after a terrible night of listening to the ice machine...the alarm went off at 5am...
