Surrounded by rolling green fields and ancient woodland, the farmhouse opens directly onto scenic walks, perfect for uninterrupted countryside rambles. The spacious garden is ideal for BBQs, stargazing, and soaking in the panoramic views, while inside, the cosy interiors feature original character details that give the home its unique charm.  
  
Located just five minutes from the bustling harbour town of Fishguard, you’ll have easy access to vibrant cafés, welcoming pubs, independent restaurants, local galleries, and a cinema. The world-famous Pembrokeshire Coast Path is nearby, offering breathtaking views, historic landmarks, and incredible wildlife – a dream for walkers and nature lovers.  
  
Within 20 minutes, you can reach the UK’s smallest city, St. Davids, home to a magnificent cathedral and award-winning beaches. Head north, and the charming market town of Cardigan awaits, with scenic stops along the way including Newport, Cwm-yr-Eglwys, and Poppit Sands.

Bathroom: bath and separate shower cubicle, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail.  
  
DOWNSTAIRS  
Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with aga and separate electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, TV  
Dining room/family area: 6 seater dining table, electric fire, Welsh dresser, cosy seating area with TV, patio doors overlooking garden  
Sitting room: 3-seater recliner sofa, 2 reclining armchairs, TV, dining table.  
  
OUTSIDE  
Located on working farm with shared access. Private driveway parking ample for three cars. Outside porch with coat hooks and boot rack. Large, enclosed garden with lawn and large patio area. The garden is multi-level and there is a pond; please ensure children are supervised. Barbeque (must be cleaned before departure) and garden furniture provided.
