We were just looking for a quick weekend get-away from everyday life! I absolutely loved the staff I came into contact with! I wish I could remember their names! The room was the perfect size for my husband, our two toddlers, and I. We booked the suite so we got a sense of privacy that I loved. The hotel is in walking distance to quite a few eating options and a Wal-Mart if you need. The pool was perfectly clean, warm, and inviting for a chilly October weekend! If you stay here, the suites with the kitchenette and in room jetted tub are worth the extra money! Very satisfied and will definitely return!
My only minor complaints would be not having a mini fridge in the room. It's been a long time since I've stayed in a hotel without a fridge. There was a pop machine on our floor which was nice but was out of water the 2 nights we were there. I finally just used the ice machine to keep ice for when I wanted a cold water. I also thought all rooms came with the cute little balconies because the website seemed to show pictures of all different rooms with them. Our didn't, I would have to upgrade to one but they were all booked up.
Was a little noisy due to location...could use better noise insulation, especially on first floor, which I was assigned to - given handicap room even though did not ask for.
Also don't know if my HH number 207921961 was recorded for this stay.
We needed a hotel that offered basic amenities, close to a function we were attending. This hotel met our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the overnight stay, even with all the soccer kids running around and playing in the elevator.
