"This house worked great for us as we needed to be close to Valrico. It is a ways from Tampa and those activities. It is a short distance to Brandon where there's all the shopping and restaurants you really could want. We were looking for a place to have a f amily visit and it was great for that. We had a couple minor issues early on but Josh was responsive in taking care of them.If you are looking for a lower priced place in Florida to stay for a few days to a week this isnt a bad choice.
