This cottage is part of a condo association, located right off of Main Street/ Hwy 42 in downtown Fish Creek. It is two stories and features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The living room also includes a queen sofa sleeper. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, snack bar, first floor laundry, a back patio and an in-ground, community outdoor swimming pool which is open seasonally. All this and you are within walking distance to everything downtown Fish Creek has to offer. This location is also great for groups-- we offer Yellow Birch Cottage and the Retreat at Sunshine Creek at the same location. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties or other rowdy gatherings. This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside of the home. Condo offers zero entry front door access, however main level only offers 1/2 bathroom and pull out sofa sleeping accommodations. We enjoyed our short stay very much! The location is ideal for walking around Fish Creek and being central to the peninsula! (This is not something to include in the review, and I didn't contact the property manager because we were there for such a short time...but if there is central A/C in this unit, it was not working or controllable by the thermostat. We instead went to open a few windows to find that there were no screens on the windows at all. Thankfully, we were all adults so I wasn't worried about safety. However, I also chose not to open the windows so as not to let in bugs! So we were a bit warm overall. As a mom, though, if I had been staying here with little ones, I would have been extremely concerned that if a small child figured out how to open a window, they could lean over curiously and fall right out without any barrier to help prevent it. Can pretty much walk to the local restaurants as well. It’s a nice drive to either Ephraim or Sister Bay to the north and Egg Harbor to the south. Enjoyed hiking in Peninsula State Park and to the top of the tower. Ferried to Washington Island and a Sunset cruise which we brought our dinner with and drinks. But we did not receive any instructions/entry code prior to arrival. I had to track it down through email & phone calls before they provided it. We were hoping to swim, but the pool was empty- maybe too early in the season? Bring your own pillows for sure. No screens in any of the windows for fresh air- had to utilize both heat & air conditioning during our 2 night stay. ##### Jody W.
