From all the rooms you can access the wide "hay" of the house, on the first floor there is a terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view. Private parking. The access road to the house is on the ground, you can access it with any type of car. The house is equipped with hot / cold inverter air conditioners powered by the photovoltaic system of the House. The Casa Colonica is the ideal and strategic base for exploring all the characteristic towns of the Amalfi Coast (around 17 km): Vietri sul Mare (with its pottery), Cetara, Maiori, Minori, Amalfi, Positano, Ravello (with its Concerts), the Sorrento Coast (50 km), Cilentana Coast (45 km), Naples with its spectacular Vulcano "Vesuvio" (55 km), the famous archaeological sites of Pompeii (30 km) Ercolano (40 km), Paestum (45 km), Salerno (15 km) and its port you can reach the islands of Capri, Ischia and all the towns of the Amalfi Coast. A place out of the chaos and frenetic life of the city.
