"The stay was wonderful. It was off season so none of the park was open but it was still nice. Only thing I can recommend to address is the plug for the coffee maker was nonexistent. Unless you put it on the floor there was no place to plug it in."

She was told that we were going to get a full refund, but the claim was denied. I’m not sure if this was Expedia or LivAway. I was charged the room fee for the night even though, LivAway denied access to the room. I’m attaching all the receipts."
