Perfect for families, couples & friends – up to 6 adults or 4 adults and 3 children. Just a few minute walk to cafés, restaurants & shops. Kurpark, Iller River and ski areas close by. Ideal for relaxation, outdoor adventures and family time in the Allgäu. Newly built holiday home with premium amenities and an ideal setting! This lovingly designed holiday home, completed in 2025, is located in the picturesque village of Fischen in the Allgäu. It offers a truly special vacation experience – perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends with up to 6 adults, or 4 adults and 3 children. Living Area & Kitchen On the ground floor, you will find a spacious, open-plan living area with a cozy fireplace, a large dining table for up to 8 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could wish for: dishwasher, oven, Bora cooktop, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and other appliances. A guest WC, a practical wardrobe area, and direct access to the terrace with a small garden complete this level. Wellness & Utility One floor below (accessible via stairs from the living room) there is a modern bathroom with rain shower and WC, as well as a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer – perfect for longer stays. Sleeping & Relaxation On the first floor you will find: A charming children’s room with a bunk bed (200 x 90 cm), an additional children’s bed (180 x 80 cm), and a panoramic reading nook. Another bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed (200 x 180 cm). A spacious family bathroom with bathtub and shower. On the top floor you will find: The stylish master bedroom with a large double bed (200 x 200 cm), gallery, and balcony offering stunning views of the Allgäu mountains.
