For shared use: natural state property with trees. In the complex: storage room for skis. Supermarket 950 m, bus stop 900 m, pebble beach "Schliersee-Fischhausen" 5.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km. Minigolf 7 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 30 m, chair lift 7 km, sled run 4 km, cross country ski track 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Spitzingsee 7 km, Wendelstein 5 km, Sudelfeld 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schliersee 5 km, Tegernsee 18 km, Chiemsee 50 km. Hiking paths: Spitzingsee 7 km, Wendelstein 5 km. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example.
