Property Summary  
The Aurach 5 km from Schliersee resort features 30 houses and offers a vacation rental experience amidst a natural state property with trees. It is situated 350 meters from the center of Aurach and 3 kilometers from the center of Fischbachau, Germany. The property boasts amenities such as a yard, parking, an EV charging station, and an installment plan for convenient payment options.  
  
Outdoors  
The resort is surrounded by picturesque natural landscapes, offering easy access to various outdoor activities. Walking paths are available directly from the house, and a cycle lane is situated just 30 meters away. Nearby attractions include the well-known ski regions of Spitzingsee (7 km), Wendelstein (5 km), and Sudelfeld (10 km), as well as hiking paths leading to Spitzingsee (7 km) and Wendelstein (5 km).  
  
Other Information  
Guests can conveniently access a supermarket located 950 meters away and the bus stop "Fischbachau-Aurach" at a distance of 450 meters. The railway station "Fischbachau" is 1.5 kilometers away, and an outdoor swimming pool can be found within 7 kilometers of the resort. The ground floor features a tastefully furnished living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning, along with an open kitchen equipped with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, you'll find a shower and WC on this level. Upstairs, accessed by a steep stair, is an open room with sloping ceilings ranging from 50 to 110 cm in height, accommodating 3 sleeping facilities (each 80 cm wide and 200 cm long).  
  
Amenities Included  
This vacation rental offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It is equipped with electric heating, a terrace with outdoor furniture, and a reserved parking space for one car. The home also features air conditioning, satellite TV, and smoke alarms for your safety and convenience.
