The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 1937, was renovated in 2018 and is furnished in a modern and luxury style. The property is located in a residential area. Also due to the view over woods from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: terrace, garden furniture and courtyard. Lockable room for bicycles.  
  
  
**Location**  
Fischbach near Dahn, 197 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 846 sqm enclosed plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartment has 180 sqm, has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living, dining and kitchen area. The beds have an excess length of 220 cm. Maximum occupancy of eight people. The property has a large courtyard. There are also parking spaces and a large lockable room for bicycles. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 7 cars) is available in a carport and on the property. The driveway is already on the property.
