"Unfortunately they gave us a room where condensation was building up on the tile near the bathroom causing a slippery area. I had to throw towels on the tile to absorb the condensation building on the tile. I advised the staff and they immediately moved me to another room. This hotel clearly needs renovations, the rooms are stale along with the rest of the property. If I would have known that this property was in this type of condition I would have made reservations elsewhere. Hampton Inn has always been my favorite hotel to stay in, but on occasion I've come across a few which were in deplorable condition. The TVs are not smart which doesn't allow for connections to NETFLIX, etc. Again, this particular hotel does not meet my minimal standards. Staff on the other hand were responsive and cordial, no qualms there."

"If you're looking for a quick, affordable place to stay, this property may meet your needs. The rates are budget-friendly, and they do offer complimentary breakfast, which is a nice benefit. However, travelers seeking modern amenities, updated facilities, or a more upscale experience may find the accommodations somewhat limited. Overall, it serves its purpose well as an economical lodging option. For the Hotel owner/leadership: This review is intended as constructive feedback and not criticism. One thing the hotel appears to be doing well is maintaining a strong advertising presence and generating bookings through its marketing efforts. A potential long-term strategy would be to dedicate a portion of those booking revenues to an ongoing renovation fund. Even if renovations begin one room at a time, each completed room could be marketed as "recently remodeled" and potentially command a slightly higher rate. This approach could create a positive reinvestment cycle: upgraded rooms generate additional revenue, which funds further renovations, eventually allowing for larger improvements, including exterior updates. Over time, these enhancements could improve guest satisfaction, strengthen reviews, and increase repeat business. As the property continues to improve, some of the current operational policies—such as requiring guests to notify the office before checking out early—may become less necessary and could instead be incorporated into standard booking terms and conditions."

"The hotel was perfect for our two day stay. The free breakfast is definitely a plus. The receptionist was fabulous and the people t working the breakfast area were wonderful. They were friendly, hospitable, and very kind. The gentleman even helped me make my waffle."

"Breakfast was average. Juice bar wasn't full. Our room needed improvement like the key card didn't work sometimes, the coffee machine was lobsided causing spilling and the a/c was loud. But for a short stay, it was tolerable. Had this been the first La Quinta we stayed in, we would consider another hotel option."
