"Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und haben uns per WhatsApp auch direkt auf die Tapasnacht hingewiesen. Die Tapas waren sehr gut, aber wie ich finde mit 49 pro Person (inklusive Getränken) etwas zu teuer (da wir keinen Alkohol getrunken haben, waren die inkludierten Getränke Wasser und Limo). Die Betten waren bequen und auch die Küche war passabel ausgestattet. Leider haben die Bilder nicht zum Inserat gepasst. Der Bungalow war deutlich dunkler und kleiner als auf den Bildern im Inserat. "Pros: After the explanations from Begona (the host), it was quite easy to find the apartment and get the keys. It is 1 minute walking from the coast path which we enjoyed the first evening. The apartment had everything we needed, including the washing mashine and a parking slot. Cons: Peaceful place means that the apartment is far from any shops or restaurants - you should keep it in mind. We ended up going for diner to Galdar (where you should be ready to search for parking)."

"It was very nice hotel, with shuttle transportation and located in a nice area with huge shopping one block apart. The breakfast is a buffet and if you don’t have time to enjoy it, it does not offer simple coffee and toast with butter and jam. This was the only thing that I suggest them to improve. The people at the front desk (depending, not all), were not very helpful. In many hotels they provide the information about everything. It was not the case with them when we checked in. "

"Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff — especially Eduardo, who greeted us with a smile from the moment we checked in late at night until our last evening. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that any issues or personal requests were handled with genuine care and attention. There were a few small details that could be refined to make the experience feel truly five-star. For example, the bath salts weren’t replenished after the first night, and clearer communication about the rooftop pool being reserved for suite guests would have been appreciated. A few of the other reception staff could also take inspiration from Eduardo’s open, transparent, and welcoming approach, which made us feel completely at ease. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in an exceptionally beautiful hotel, and we left with many happy memories."
