« Breakfast was ok. waffles were great but food was just warm. I got tea and water was not hot. the staff was wonderful she got hot water from the back for me. They were all helpful when needed. Very friendly »

« Terrible place to stay at, my pregnant wife and I with our 2 children left within 30 minutes and went to book a new hotel. Disgusting, unclean, and smelly. They said they would refund us through Expedia since that's where I booked it through, but are now refusing to pay, staying that there were no complaints from anyone or anything. Terrible place, don't waste your money here. »

« Clean bathroom. Great shower with needed grab bars. Nice bkfst variety. Evening check-in staff very friendly. Loved the comfort of the bed except could barely get into the bed due to being too high. Why so high? Short people were not considered. Bathroom needs a counter. No place to lay hygiene products. Overall a nice quiet stay. »

« I went to the SPEAKEASY bar attached to the property at 11:50pm only to find out it was "last call" and they closed at midnight, on a Saturday! I wish I had known that as that was the catalyst for spending over 200.00 for a one night stay in Akron. Also, when taking a shower, the hot water pipes were shaking so bad and making a shrill sound, like the pipes were going to burst behind the tile, I had to cut my shower short as it was at 7:00am on a Sunday morning and thought I would wake up the...

« The shower was nice. The first room I got had hair in the bed, then the 2nd room they gave me had hair in the bed and smelled bad, then the 3rd room was acceptable. I did not realize until I was there that it was a Marriott property. I would not recommend nor stay there again. »

« Second worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Had a cockroach in the room. Bathroom door had to be lifted up by the handle to close it. Mattresses were old and worn out with depressions. If I hadn’t already paid and been so tired, I would have left for sure. Only good things was the water in the shower was hot. »
