Blue Ridge was like a home from home. So clean with lots of thoughtful touches. The family were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was the best we’d had in NZ. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone staying in the are.

Very comfortable accommodation, short flat stroll into town centre, great breakfast delivered to our room. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The chocolates and cookies on arrival were very much appreciated by weary travellers

The owner was very friendly, helpful and a wonderful cook. The room was immaculately clean and had extras like cookies, chocolates coffee and milk in your room. This B&B is a quick 4 minute car ride to the town center and a great jumping off point to Milford sound.

This place felt like home! I can't say enough good things about our experience here. The owner personally makes you breakfast with a smile, the hot tub is hot, the beds are comfortable, and the room is spacious. Highly recommended.

Rebecca was a warm and friendly host who cooked a beautiful breakfast for her guests. Great amenities even had makeup remover wipes and beautiful lavender toiletries. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else and will be recommending this B&B to family and friends. Don’t change a thing it’s the best,

a very reasonable stay
1. The location is close to the town and therefore convenient 2. The host is a amicable person and we enjoyed her breakfast 3. My suggestion is to take the middle or the end room; our room is the first room and the window front on to the car park, thus privacy is an issue 4 . Overall the stay is reasonable

Highly recommended. Very spacious and comfortable rooms that don’t look like much from the outside but are very well arranged with a great sense of details for comfort. I also recommend the outside jacuzzi after a cruise in cold and wet fjords.

Above and beyond
Due to car trouble, we had to stay in Ta Anau for the night. Since it was Easter Sunday, the Blue Ridge B & B was the only room posted on Hotels.com. How lucky for us! The room was beautiful- cozy (and I don't mean small) and the bathroom was lovely (heated floors!) It was the perfect oasis for our stressful day. It's on a residential street within walking distance to the center of town and all the restaurants. Rebecca made us the most delicious breakfast in the morning and was able to get us a spot on a bus to Queenstown even though it looked like it was sold out online. She even gave us a ride to the bus stop. So glad we got to stay there and hope to stay again next time we're in the area.

Fantastic B&B in Te Anau, perfect launch pad for a trip to Milford Sound! Full bathroom and bedroom plus access to great deck/outdoor area, BBQ, and hot tub. Five minute walk to downtown Te Anau with lots of food options (the dumpling cart is the best). Plus the breakfast was superb. You can't go wrong staying in this quiet area of town.

Comfortable and Welcoming Stay in Te Anau
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Blue Ridge! It was a great jumping off point to explore Milford Sound and the rest of the nearby areas. Highly recommended!

Blue Ridge is a Wonderful B&B at Te Anau
Extremely pleasant stay. Rebecca the hostess is delightful and the breakfasts were superb. Very easy going, rooms are spacious and clean, plenty of coffee and biscuits. The B&B is an easy 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the town centre and the lake. The area is breathtakingly gorgeous. I give the Blue Ridge 5 stars across the board!

Delightful stay at the Blue Ridges B&B. Our hosts were friendly and helpful with travel tips and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious and our room was clean, comfortable and warm. Very good accommodation and breakfast.
It is called a B&B but feel like a 5 star hotel. The room is clean and well furnished. Breakfast is freshly cook for us. The owner, Rebecca, is very nice.

Has a small kitchenette, heated floor tiles and a comfortable bed. The heated towel rack didn’t work, and the hot plate was disconnected. Heating in the room was good, and breakfast was super tasty. Close walk into town, clean and comfortable. Some things in the room were slightly dated, and the bathroom was accessible, so it wasn’t very modern/user friendly for people who don’t need accessibility.

A great Stay
Our stay was great. Rebecca goes the extra mile to ensure that the stay is that much better. During our stay we spent a night on Milford Sound. Rebecca insisted that we leave our larger suitcases in the room for no extra charge. We were also able to leave the hire car in the carpark until our return. We left for Dunedin early and she made up sandwiches and other goodies to eat during our trip. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend Blue Ridge to my friends and family.

Fantastic B&B! We stayed 2 nights as we explored Fiordland and Rebecca's Blue Ridge was perfect. Great location -- easy walk to town center. Super clean and well-appointed. Comfy and cozy -- we especially appreciated the heated bathroom floor for our winter visit. Delicious and generous breakfast. And Rebecca is delightful -- she gave us great suggestions on things to do, helped us with some logistics, cooked a great breakfast (her fried eggs are perfect), and was really fun to chat with. We would definitely stay here again if we're lucky enough to get back to Te Anau.

Luxury with reasonable price
The decoration, furniture, bedding as well as the water system is new and high standard. This is very close to 4 or 5 star hotel but with lower price.

A wonderful place to stay in TeAnau
This is a great place to stay in TeAnau. It's close to town and the beautiful lake. The rooms are beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. The hosts are super nice people; interesting, friendly, and helpful. Breakfasts are very tasty and fresh fruit (including raspberries from their own garden) is such a great addition!

Cozy accommodation at Te Anau
Very nice place. Wonderful hosts. I would recommend this place with no reservation to anyone including people with children. You would want to stay longer to enjoy this place.
