Ceramic tiled entry and bathroom, walk in shower and separate claw foot tub on lower level. Walk out basement with direct access to trail system. Newly landscaped with large lawn area. Home was completely gutted with brand new electrical, plumbing & heating systems installed. Spray foam insulation was added to be energy efficient and eliminate outside noise. We added central air-conditioning, in time for summer heat waves. She likes to meet you when you arrive to answer any questions and complete a registration form. The house was the perfect size and comfort level for our week’s vacation. It even has a recliner in the living room. The Wi-Fi was high speed, and the TV had Directv service including local channels. The full bath is one floor down from main level, so you need to be comfortable with stairs.
