Immerse yourself in the great outdoors by exploring the hiking paths at Melchboden or embarking on the scenic Zillertaler Höhenstraße drive. During winter, take advantage of the nearby ski resort, Gletscherskigebiet Hintertux, just 12 km away, where you can hit the slopes and indulge in various winter activities.

For your convenience, the property is situated just 400 meters from the skiing area and offers central heating. In winter, ensure you have snow chains for your vehicle. The owner resides in the same residence, and during the summer, there is a standard charge for using the outdoor swimming pool.

The living room area offers satellite TV for entertainment.
