This cosy, yet modern holiday house is ideal for families with children or friends. From the balcony you have a breathtaking view over the Ahornspitze (2973 m). After enjoying a day in the cold mountain air, warm up in the house sauna or relax on the comfortable sofas in the cosy living. Of relaxation no shortage! For winter sports enthusiasts this is an ideal place to stay. At only 300 m from the house you take the Finkenberger Almbahn to the beautifully prepared slopes. With sufficient snowfall you can even ski up to 100 meters from the house! Supermarkets as well as restaurants are less than 400 metres from the holiday home. You don't feel like cooking yourself? Then enjoy the Austrian Schnitzel in one of the many cosy restaurants. Near the holiday home there is a stop for the ski bus that will take you to Finkenberg, Mayrhofen and the Hintertuxer glacier. There are 2 parking spaces at your disposal. However, when there is a lot of snowfall, this may only be 1. The surroundings here are beautiful. Finkenberg lies as it were on the border of the wide Zillertal and the narrow, rugged Tuxertal. A visit to the Hintertuxer glacier is also an experience in other seasons. Make beautiful long walks and mountain and bike tours in the area. The surrounding mountains offer plenty of variety! Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben gestört:- kein/schlechter Räumdienst der steilen Auffahrt zum Parkplatz-Schließautomatik der Haupteingangstür funktioniert nicht(sie stand sehr häufig offen, sodass jeder Zugang hatte)-Sauna: kein Aufgussmittel vorhanden; Hygiene in der Saunadusche zum Davonlaufen (Abfluss voller Haare, sodass Wasser nicht ablief)-im Inserat stand: keine Vermietung an junge Gruppen; über uns hat aber eine junge Gruppe gewohnt, die sich nicht immer an die Ruhezeiten gehalten haben ##### Philipp L. Leider fehlte ein wenig die durchaus erwartete Aussicht aus den Zimmern auf das wunderschöne Bergpanorama durch die extrem enge und auch hohe Nachbarbebauung rechts und links des Objektes, was die äußerst geschickten Aufnahmen in der Anzeige verbergen! Wem das - wie uns - wichtig ist, sollte unbedingt auf die Auswahl des richtigen Apartments achten! Wir hatten TOP3 im 1.OG nach hinten raus. Die Wohnungen im 2\. oder 3\. Im Erdgeschoss gab es einen Raum zur Müllentsorgung für alle sechs Wohnungen in diesem Haus. Leider wurde dieser in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nicht geleert und quoll dementsprechend schnell über. Hier muss der Vermieter besser werden. Ansonsten hatten wir nichts auszusetzen. ##### Marc H.
