"2 nights in Innsbruck. The hotel is in a good location within easy walking distance of the centre. The hotel has character and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast to a high standard. Comparing prices to other hotels during the same period, the price is expensive but competitive. For the price, however there are some things that can be improved. First the check-in / front desk personnel can learn to smile and be more friendly. Yes they were efficient, and perhaps having to work in the Christmas period is no fun … but smiling cots nothing. Second. There is tea in the room, but no coffee. When we asked we were told that they don’t put coffee in the room. I think this is the first hotel I have stayed in anywhere in the world that doesn’t offer both. So slightly disappointed with our stay.. "

Notre wifi n’a jamais fonctionné. Hôtel pas trop loin d’Innsbruck et à la montagne dans un cadre sympathique. "
