The hotel is composed of several typical white-blue cyclades houses. The rooms were nice and clean, and contained a fridge and an electric (plug into the electric socket) mosquito trap. Two problems: the toilet did not flush properly, we had to do it manually with a conveniently placed bucket several times) and the sheets had a strange feel to them, probably because they had been washed with an unusual wash product.
Other facts: 5-10m from the beach in Kionia. The temple of poseidon and amphitrite is basically just a bunch of ruins, didn't seem that interesting. There are buses every 30m to the Chora (main town) which cost 1.80 for a 5m trip. (The bus schedule we had was only valid for a week, so probably changes quite frequently, depending on the season). The hotel is run by a few Italians who are very nice and helpful. Overall the hotel still seemed very good value and breakfast for 6.50 is reaally copious, so really good value also.
