"The hotel has a wonderful ambience and style. The room is extremely clean and very nicely decorated that gives you a unique feeling not that you’re in an ordinary hotel. We dined at the restaurant for dinner and the food was excellent and the waitstaff was friendly and prompt. "I only gave service a 4 star because of our reception. My hubby and I got in late, around 2am after flight delays. There was no one at the front desk and no bell to ring to get anyone’s attention. The security guard was sitting at a desk watching his phone, completely ignoring us. After almost 1 minute, I had to get his attention. He called for the receptionist who came after a minute. He did not apologize for keeping us waiting. They were lucky we were so whipped out and just needed to sleep....

"Club Quarters WTC is an excellent hotel, with well-designed compact rooms that make great use of space. Front desk staff are friendly, efficient & helpful particularly Marsha-Ann. Free good-quality coffee is available in the lounge area, a plus in an expensive city like New York. Location is excellent, close to subway stations & PATH to New Jersey. Highly recommended!"

"In a great area of Manhattan, walkable distance to restaurants and subway stations. Room was clean and modern. Not enough elevators for the amounts of floors in the hotel which means it takes a while to come up & down."
