VILLA AYMELINA (16 GUESTS) - ORVIETO AREA

Located in the heart of Umbria, between Rome and Florence, Villa Aymelina is a restored farmhouse with a swimming pool. Situated on the outskirts of Ficulle, the villa is a short drive from Cetona and San Casciano dei Bagni, where you can find shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. Orvieto (24 km) has one of Italy's best cathedrals, Assisi is famous for its frescoes painted by Giotto, Spoleto hosts jazz, arts, and wine festivals in the summer, and Perugia hosts a jazz festival every year.

A 4 km unpaved road leads to Villa Aymelina, which consists of a main villa and an annex. The owner lives next door and is on hand to help guests. She can arrange lunches, dinners, babysitting, grocery deliveries, and wine tastings on request.

MAIN HOUSE (sleeps 14+2)
On the ground floor, you will find four living rooms, a large well-equipped kitchen/dining room (with table seating 16 people) and one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor, you will find one twin bedroom (with two French beds), one suite with a twin bedroom (with two French beds) and small lounge (with single bed), as well as two ensuite bathrooms (one with bath and shower, one with shower).

On the second floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed), one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one suite with a double/twin bedroom (with two single beds) and a separate lounge (with a single bed). All three rooms have ensuite bathrooms (one with a bath, two with showers).

ANNEX (sleeps 2)
In the annex you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find a lovely garden with a swimming pool (18m x 7m; fenced off for children’s safety) and a pool house (with living room, bathroom, sauna, and small gym with a bike, elliptical and a rack). There are shady outdoor dining and relaxation areas in the garden, as well as a wine cellar, bocce court, table tennis table, and barbecue.
