Great host/receptionist. Was very helpful and patient. Was always willing to help, no matter the time or the problem. Place was very comfortable, inside the room and outside. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Great restaurant within the hotel, and great pool. Looks even better in person. People in the restaurant were also very kind and always willing to help.

Very loud Family Hotel Set In Beautiful Gardens

The hotel was set in beautiful gardens and has two pools. One by the restaurant which was very noisy and the music was super loud. The other was more of a relax oool with a swim up bar which looked lovely but we couldn’t find sunbeds when we wanted to try it. The rooms are basic but adequate with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was plentiful but lacked decent coffee(if you are a coffee fan to be honest the coffee was awful). Even though there was a plentiful supply there was no wholemeal bread but sating that they did have fruit. Staff were very friendly which always helped. I class this hotel as a family hotel and even though it was nice I wouldn’t return because we prefer much quieter. That’s only our preference.

The stay was great, rooms were lovely and staff were polite. Except one staff who welcomed you into the hotel. Very rude and unprofessional when was asking questions and got snappy. Also told me family wasn’t allowed into the hotel, even though there’s multiple signs that says non residents welcome. However, everything else was incredible and would book here again.

Personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü fakat oda biraz eski yatak ise konforsuz ve içine çökmüş gibiydi çarşaflar her gün değişti oda toparlandı ama çarşaflar tüy tüy olmuştu onlar da eskiydi. Kahvaltısı çeşitliydi ama her gün aynıydı. Havuzu ise güzel ve temizdi.

Harika

Konum olarak hisarönü merkezde, yemek ve eğlence yerleri çok yakındı. Odamız temiz ve konforluydu. Çalışanlar ilgili ve kibarlar. Fakat ölüdeniz kumburnu plajı bizim için biraz hayal kırıklığıydı. Ölüdenize tekrar gidermiyiz bilmem ama gidilirse bu otelde kesinlikle kalınır.

otel çok güzel. Sezon dışı gittiğimiz için havuza giremedik ama havuzuda čok güzeldi. Gayet temiz rahat. Çalışanlar çok ilgili güler yüzlü. Her gün temizlik ister misiniz diye sordular. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi. Odalar temiz kullanışlı her oda da küçük balkon var.

Resimlerdeki beklentinizi karşılamıyor

Görselde gösterilen oda verilmedi.Çift olarak gitmiştik iki ayrı bazayı birleştirip çift kişilik yapmaya çalışmışlar. Kahvaltısı yetersizdi böyle bir otele yakışmayan butik otel kahvaltısı gibiydi. Kahvaltılıklar çok temiz olmasa da odamız her gün temizlendi. Ek olarak da resimde görülen güzel havuz ekstra ücretli... Arka bahçede bir tane daha normal bir havuz var, Allahtan ona ücretsiz girebiliyorsunuz.Tekrardan tercih edeceğim bir otel değil maalesef.

Kahvaltının iki saat süreceği söylenip(8-10) ayakta insanların on saat bekletildiği bir yer.. Sabah kahvaltıya indik 9da sıcakları bırakın zeytin peynir bile yoktu. Çalışanlar sitemli bizlik bir durum yok diyerek etrafta geziniyorlar, bizim gibi parasını veren tüm insanlar kahvaltı nerde diye soruyorlar. Ellerinde malzeme yok bu cok belli ancak yetişmiyor gibi bir izlenim vermeye çalışıyorlar. Aşçı gibi kadının biri gelip herkes odasına taşıyor diyerek şikayette bulundu(biz buna inanmadık :) ) Bunca şeyin üstüne duşa girmek istediğimizde sıcak suyun olmadığını fark ettik. Hemen arayıp sorduk ve sıcak su bitti,ısıtıcıyı açalım diyerek bizi şoka soktular. Bu kadar güzel görünümlü bir oteli işletme nasıl mahveder göstermiş oldular! HAYAL KIRIKLIĞI

Türk Görünümlü İngiliz Oteli

Ayrı ücretli olan restaurant yemekleri çok güzeldi. Genel anlamda İngilizlerin olduğu, Premier League maçlarının izlendiği bir otel. Personeller yabancılara gösterdiği ilgiyi maalesef bizlere göstermedi. Yalnız bu yabancılar size zengin Türkler kadar bahşis vermez aklınızda olsun.

Hotel nicht weiterzuempfehlen, das Hotel hat 2 Pools, jedoch kostet das eine mit Geld, wir hatten die Unterkunft nur wegen dem einen Pool welches auf den Bildern so schön aussah gebucht, dort angekommen pure Enttäuschung, dort sagte man uns, wir müssen 30€ ausgeben damit wir in dem schönen Pool schwimmen können, was eine Frechheit! Zimmer hellhörig, schmutzig! Direkt an der Party Meile, sehr laut bis in die frühe.

Otel görünüm olarak çok güzel, kahvaltı yeterli, Çalışanlar resepsiyon hariç güler yüzlü özellikle Esat Bey çok ilgilendi teşekkür ederim ayrıca kendisine. Kötü yanları ne otelde 2 adet havuz var biri ücretli yerli turist için pahalı, genel havuza girebiliyorsunuz 20:00 itibari ile kapanır diyor havuz kurallarında ancak bazen 18:00’de çıkın diyorlar o hoş değildi. Oda da yataklar çok çok kötü, yataklar çökmüş resmen. Ben genel itibari ile memnun kaldım.
