Rooms were spacious and clean. Service good. They could not get television to work. Local taxes were charged twice. Once by Hotels.com in the billing and the reception insisted on charging regardless showed them it was paid and I had to pay again.

Location is very good like 10 mins away from the medina 15mins away from airport by red taxi. Hotel room is OK. It is comfortable with balcony just needs improvement with toilet although it is tolerable. Breakfast is not so good needs improvement as well Room make up is everyday which is good and the staff is very helpful and nice. Over all is 3.5/5

This is a typical Moroccan 3-star hotel with a good price. Nothing more; nothing less. It's basic. It does the job - provides a clean room with a comfortable bed and a bathroom. The buffet breakfast was decent. The cafeteria at the 7th floor has a great panoramic view, but a bit disappointingly, it does not have a view of the old Fes Medina. I would have given a higher rating if my key card worked or if the front desk lady was more customer-oriented. You should not come here with expectations for standards of a 3-star international chain hotel or a 3-star hotel in a developed country. For me, it provided what I needed.

I only had one pro twitch the hotel. Under the website it’s states that this hotel has 2/restaurants and bar. That’s not true. It only has 1 restaurant and no bar. This was one of the reasons I choose this hotel. Big time false advertising.

The hotel is located in the "new" city, one block from Hassan II (the "Champs Elysees of Fes") and only a few blocks from Boulevard Mohammed V. Together with Avenue Mohammed es Slaoui these streets form a fantastic triangle of shopping, dining, and outdoor spaces. Additionally, Zahrat Al Jabal is a straight-shot (Lalla Asmaa & Avenue Palestine), 10-minute walk from the train (ONCF/Supr@tours) station. The staff speaks English and French and are super nice and helpful.

Tout le personnel est vraiment adorable, mais l’hébergement n’est pas à la hauteur : les chambres soient envahies d’une odeur nauséabonde d’égout (la première chambre était irrespirable la seconde pas beaucoup mieux mais avec le lavabo bouché et la troisième -paraît-il la meilleure de l’établissement - était juste supportable ) Quant au départ le facture était 24 euros plus cher qu’annoncé ! Ne mérite pas d’être vendu par Expedia

Pour résumer. Hotel à éviter absolument.
Nous avions choisi un hotel près de notre lieu d'habitation qui " semblait" convenable.( 3 étoiles). Est ce normal de trouver du linge de toilettes déchiré? d'avoir les toilettes quasiment dans la douche? ( pensez aux personnes agées! d'avoir une séléction de chaines peu acceptable aux clients non arabophones?quant au petit déjeuner, est ce normal au Maroc de ne pas avoir du VRAI jus d'orange? Pourtant nous avions prévenu le personnel que notre ami est un responsable de la chambre de commerce du département de la Charente.donc besoin pour l'image de l'hotel de faire doublement attention. Pour le prix ( env 70 euros) , la qualité de l'hotellerie en Espagne serait tellement meilleure. Incapacité professionnelle? estorquer les clients? Nous faisions une confiance aveugle à Hotels.com. 酒店距CTM巴士站約5分鐘車程,附近食店很少。不要被酒店的外表騙到,客房陳設老舊,隔音差,浴室有黃跡和臭味。櫃檯前一位“阿叔”態度惡劣,真的要反影一下。事緣那天我們黃昏到達,完成沙漠之旅,禮貌上都要和導遊說聲再見,但他已經不耐煩,在入住表簽名位置,用筆大力“點”一下,完全沒說話,像命令我們一樣。當時我們很累就不跟他計較。後來洗滌後需要風筒(這是今次旅遊唯一一間沒風筒的旅館),我的丈夫便到櫃檯借,剛好又是他。他隨即回覆已全部借出,明天來取。這時我丈夫憤怒地用英語問他:我現在洗髮,你叫我明天來取?這麼大的一間酒店一個風筒也沒有?你這是什麼工作態度?他當場呆了,抄下房號並說稍後送來。前後不到10分鐘風筒送來了。我們在這裡住了兩晚,那夜之後直到我們離開,都再不見他。

Si le personnel de l'hôtel est accueillant en général, La chambre laisse à désirer, surtout qu'elle donne sur l'avenue qui est très bruillante. La circulation n'a pas cessé toute la nuit et a été ponctuée de coups de claxons, surtout des voitures qui célébraient des mariages. Les oreillers étaient très hautes et inconfortables. Une nuit blanche pour résumer cette expérience.

Sono venuto per lavoro, ho pernottato quattro giorni. L'albergo è pulto, il personale cortese, bello fare colazione sulla terrazza panoramica. Purtroppo la camera (singola) sono poco spaziosi.

Hotel gewährleistet keine Sicherheit: Während meines Aufenthaltes war die Tür meines Zimmers offen als ich von der Stadt ankam. Nach Anfrage an der Rezeption wurde mir keine triftige Erklärung mitgeteilt. Zudem erfuhr ich von den Verantwortlichen, dass die Überwachungskamera nicht funktioniert. Daher musste ich das Hotel aus Sicherheitsgründen verlassen...

Personnel réception un peu froid, mais personnel au restaurant de l'hôtel plus accueillant. Super vue depuis le Terrace/restaurant du 6ème étage.. et très agréable. Clé électronique de la porte un peu agaçante car plusieurs fois il fallait solliciter une personne du personnel pour ouvrir la porte. La chambre agréable est propre.

Pour tourisme, emplacement idéal pour se balader les soir, dans un quartier très vivant et moderne. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute pour informer, conseiller, guider. Par contre, il ne faut pas avoir peur du bruit de la ville #klaxon, aboiement, cris...#. Mais, ça, ce doit-être pareil, un peu partout dans la ville... Point fort : le restaurant panoramique.

Dopo il primo impatto il personale è stato cortese e disponibile simpatico e preparato, le camere sono pulite a parte che durante il soggiorno spazzano poco.il cibo è veramente ottimoun ristorante con una vista panoramica spettacolare,ma attenzione alle donne delle pulizie che rubano e non prendete la guida che parla italiano perchè è un truffatore!!!vi porta dove vuole lui per farvi spendere dai suoi amici e non vi spiega niente abbandonandovi in quelli ke lui kiama musei e dicendovi: vi lascio 30 minuti per visitare!!!!
