One thing to consider is that cars are not allowed in the medina so there is a walk from the drop off point, although there are individuals with carts that can help transport baggage to the property"

"We had such an amazing experience here. The hotel is very traditional, and charming. The lobby courtyard was gorgeous. Upon arrival, not only did they pick up our luggage from the car park, arriving just minutes after I called to let them know we arrived, but we were treated well the whole time. Aziz was wonderful. I asked for custom made leather jackets and he immediately had a shopkeeper come by to show us samples, and then we bought many jackets from the vendor because the deal was great....

"The staff was very nice, the breakfast buffet was really good for 200 MAD. Lots of options, crepe station and egg/ omelet station. The room was nice and big. Would recommend to anyone staying in fes. It’s about a 15 min- 20 MAD taxi to the Medina. There’s a great lounge restaurant called barristo near the hotel, less then 5 mins walk. "Terrible hotel, don’t even think to go there . We spent whole night without electricity using candles . No receiptionist st night and no one to communicate with . We have to call the police to get involved and resolve this the power cut as it was too dark and impossible to stay in your roof for health and safety reason ."
