« We stayed at this property for our family vacation (myself, husband and 2 teen daughters) and were very happy with everything about it. The property itself was clean, spacious and a very short walk to the beach. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms worked really well for the four of us. It was well stocked with basic supplies and was a quick and easy drive to multiple restaurants, shopping areas and recreation areas. The pool was small, but a nice option. « The property was amazing. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was walkable but we advise to rent a golf cart for your stay as there’s a place right off 98 near the property. Navarre beach ordinance allows golf carts so take advantage of that! We had a great time. »

« The property is very nice and clean. Lots of space, kitchen is full of amenities. The only comment I have, there is a step outside that if you don't know about it or you forgot, you can break your leg. My suggestion will be to make a ramp. Also, we know it's Florida, but we saw a few cockroaches, may be sending exterminator will be a good idea.Thank you for the nice place, we really enjoyed staying at your place. »

« The cottage was very very clean! The house does lean as all the other reviewers mentioned but that’s not really a big deal because all the other aspects of the house are so nice! The bathrooms are great, updated. The refrigerator works well and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. My daughter lives on Coyle and was having a navy ceremony on Friday so this was literally a stones throw away from her house. Perfect location! »

« Everything was as described. Host responded quickly to our questions. The pier was magical. The air conditioning was great, which is not always a given in a rental in July in Florida! The grounds and house could use some TLC, but it didn’t negatively impact our stay much. Bring a headlamp, there is not much light outside! There are motion sensor lights but they only stay on for a few seconds. There are also solar powered lights out back as the pictures show which help, but are more for ambiance....
