IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This accommodations are heated by an air conditioning system. In light of the climate and social emergency, we are calling for responsible use and want to be part of the solution, not the problem. Therefore, given our city’s oceanic climate—where temperatures in the coldest winter months range from 6° to 15° C— heating will be available during two time slots: one in the morning and one in the afternoon, always maintaining a comfortable temperature between 18° and 20° C. The maximum operating time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours per day, depending on the weather. Guests may choose the operating schedule based on their living habits. It’s important to understand that heating a property like ours is not the same as heating a smaller space, such as a hotel room (15 m²).

Check-in will take place between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. (*) We do not have a 24-hour front desk, so please provide an approximate check-in time a couple of days before arrival. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m., when the cleaning crew arrives. Keys will be left at the location indicated by the Host. Parties or events are prohibited. Unauthorized guests are not permitted on the premises. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the property. Pets are not allowed. (*) A late check-in may be requested in advance, between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, for an additional fee of 20 euros, to be paid in cash to the Host in charge of check-in. No check-ins will be accepted after 11:00 PM; after this time, the reservation will be considered a NO-SHOW.

Easily accessible on foot. Train and bus stations are less than a 15-minute walk away. City bus and taxi stops. Quick and easy access to the highway. Beaches and nature areas are a 10-minute drive away.

Newly renovated apartment with a backyard right in the heart of the city. Just two minutes from Plaza de Amboage and ten minutes from the most incredible beaches on the Ferrolterra Coast. It features a master bedroom with a 150-cm bed. This room includes a dressing area with a two-seater sofa, a side table, and a spacious open closet. It also has a double bedroom with two 90-cm single beds. The living room features a three-seater sofa and two armchairs for guests to relax in, along with a plasma TV. It has Wi-Fi and a work area with a desk, chair, and lamp. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware and opens onto the private outdoor patio. All the necessary kitchenware is provided to ensure a pleasant stay in the area. As a courtesy, cleaning supplies for dishes and the washing machine are included. The bathroom is spacious, very bright, and has natural ventilation thanks to its window overlooking the patio. It features a shower pan, a shower screen, and dual faucets.

The owner will not be present, but a professional host will be available to assist guests with whatever they need—whether it’s an emergency (a breakdown, damage, etc.) or to provide tourist information and local recommendations ;)
