Magnificent 6 bedroom villa with pool! Magnificent villa in Cala Galdana, ideal for an unforgettable family holiday! The villa, renovated in 2019, has 6 double bedrooms, three of them with private bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen and spacious meeting areas make this house a perfect place to share with the family or disconnect by reading a good book in the shade of the trees in the garden. The house has a private parking area. The large pool, in the middle of a 1000m2 garden, has at your disposal leisure equipment and a barbecue area. In addition to this, bicycles and electric scooters allow you to access the beach in a minute or the supermarkets of Cala Galdana. Pool towels and toilet accessories are at your disposal, as well as Internet connection via Wifi, satellite TV and air conditioning in each of the rooms and in the lounge. Galdana's House is located in a privileged area. Walking 300m you arrive directly at Cala Galdana beach and walking 600m in the forest, contouring the other side of the house, you reach one of the most beautiful beaches of the Island, Cala Mitjana. The views you will find along the way are stunning. The property is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by trees. Cala Galdana is an urbanization of Ferreries, municipality of Menorca, reputed for the beauty of its beach, preferred by families with young children and with access adapted to people with reduced mobility. La maison a ete tout a fait conforme a nos attentes. Avec 6 chambres, toutes climatisées et 5 salles de bain/douche, nous avons pu tous etre independants, tout en se reunissant le soir autour de la table, près du bbq et de la piscine. Cette dernière est grande (et securisée pour les enfants) Bel et vaste espace commun. Pas de vis a vis. Parking pour au moins 3 voitures. Accès a cala galdana (5 min a pieds par escalier), tres belle plage “familiale” avec l’excellent chiringuito « toni/sa cova” et a cala mitjana, plage/crique plus sauvage, a pieds egalement (10 min de marche). Marc, le proprietaire, laisse a disposition egalement des paddles (2) et des VTT (5) Il a ete tres reactif lors de nos demandes au cours du sejour. Merci à lui. We were glad that the pool was gated to stop the 3 yr old from accidental falling in.The kind host Elaine kept in touch by what’s app for any problems and also left a welcome basket for us .The villa is in a very picturesque area and in walking distant to the beach. We had an amazing family holiday at the Villa, which was perfectly set up for our family (6 adults and 3 children under 4) to come together. The Villa and Grounds are beautiful, with all of the amenities you could possibly need for a stress free vacation - well stocked kitchen, great BBQ, tonnes of places to sit outside and huge pool to play in. The location also works well to allow quick access down to Galdana Beach as well as the trail to Mitjana. We drove a few times but parking in the town is packed during the day, we found spaces ok at 9 am on our beach days. Plenty of room around the pool and plenty of other spots to chill around the garden. In the house, the sofas are really comfy. Beds very comfortable. Outside you have a large multi level garden all astroturfed and a private secure pool with paved seating area. It’s incredibly private from neighbours and passers by. Lots of seating to follow the sun/shade through the day. The main villa is a large open plan living/dining and kitchen space all finished to a high standard. Again all the rooms are well laid out and spacious. Just perfect. There is a small annex villa adjoined but accessed via another door outside. This was like another villa in itself!!! Two bedrooms with adjoining door, two bathrooms, two first floor terraces, one over looking the woodland privately at the back and the other over looking the garden and pool! It’s a steep walk into Cala Galdana if you take the most direct route via the steps but a lightly longer gradual route past the small local shop is much easier. We had an issue arise with the hot water early in our stay which was resolved very quickly by the host! We would recommend to anyone and I would love to stay here again. Thank you ##### Oliver C. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Galdana House and would highly recommend it. The house and grounds are spotless! It has everything you could wish for in a villa stay.
