Other Things to Note: Please note that Reno area is a ski destination and skiing comes with snow and road closures, we wait the entire year for the snow and skiers so that we can balance our income and run our rental arbitrage business, visitors needs to be prepared for harsh weather conditions and they should always check the weather forecast and plan ahead, be prepared start your travel early in the morning if you can to make sure you will get to Reno before the Sun Set when the weather starts being harsh, be prepared to have AWD/4WD vehicles with tire chains and longer travel times (sometimes over 8 hours) or rerouting to get here sometime from a longer route. So please be prepared because we can’t provide refunds for cancellations due to storms and road closures. Interaction with Guests: House Rules: 1\. No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited. Violations will be subject to immediate eviction, cancellation of the reservation without refund, and potential legal action under Washoe County Code regarding public nuisances and disturbances. 2\. Breaching this rule will be dealt with severely, including possible legal actions based on county regulations concerning public use of residential areas. 5\. Age Restriction: Local residents under the age of 25 are not permitted to book this house for weekend stays, to prevent disturbances and potential legal issues related to unsupervised minors and young adults. 6\.
