### The Barn

Summary:  
  
This upper-level suite in West Fernie offers breathtaking views of the Elk River Valley. Set in a peaceful rural location just minutes from downtown and only a five-minute drive to the ski resort, it strikes the perfect balance between seclusion and convenience. After riding Eric's Trip mountain bike trail, cruise back to The Barn and safely store your bike in the secure shed. Fire up the BBQ on the deck or unwind in the spacious yard nestled alongside the forest.  
  
The Space:  
  
Discover the charm of this truly unique, custom-designed suite, thoughtfully appointed with high-end, handcrafted finishes. Step onto the deck to grill with natural gas while soaking up panoramic mountain vistas that showcase the beauty of Fernie. Perfect for a small family, The Barn features a cozy queen bedroom and room for a blow-up mattress or playpen—so your little one can be part of the adventure, too.  
  
Guest Access:  
  
Spacious yard, secure bike storage in a dedicated shed, and an inviting upstairs suite complete with a private deck. Please note, the lower-level garage is locked off and not accessible, ensuring privacy for both guests and host.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
This quiet area backs on to parkland.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Plenty of parking in the driveway. Located at the top of the hill above Dairy Queen and the Silver Rock condos, it is a quick bike down the hill and into town. A slightly longer bike ride on the way back up the hill.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
Must climb a flight of stairs up to the suite.  
  
Please note that the owner lives in the unit below when in town. Feel free to reach out prior to booking if you want to know if the owner will be on the property during your stay. Most of the time no one else is there.
