### Spacious 3 Bdrm, 2 Bath Condo in Fernie! Walk to Downtown, Ski 6 mins away!

Enjoy family time by the fire, home-cooked meals and room to relax in this spacious condo in SilverRock Condos. Conveniently located walking distance to downtown and a short drive to Fernie Alpine Resort, you will enjoy the large bedrooms, complimentary fitness centre, heated underground parking and BBQ on the covered porch!  
  
The primary bedroom is large and has its own 4-piece bathroom with jetted tub.  
  
The other two bedrooms are located across the hall from the second bathroom; also spacious with a tub/shower and in-unit laundry closet.  
  
We provide all of the cookware and appliances to meal prep and cook at home (including coffee makers, French press, air flyer, microwave, waffle maker and more).  
  
Lastly, in the front closet you’ll find an electric gear and boot dryer/heater - perfect after a long day on the slopes or downhill in the rain!  
  
There is a gear storage locker included in the underground parking garage (#310) for storing skis and other equipment (which are not permitted in the hallways or unit itself).  
  
We hope you choose to stay in our beloved family mountain getaway!
