It was February so everything was yucky, but NOT the hotel- just area around it. You can hear everything going on outside of room so I am glad people were not very active. I could hear all that went on upstairs but it was normal- nothing excessive. My 2 dogs were very happy with the dog beds (even kind of fighting over them :)) Staff were very nice and helpful and let me check in early which helped a lot!

Really liked the room, however I was on the bottom floor so it was a bit noisy from people walking around on the floor above. However it’s very clean property and it’s close to other amenities that are near by.

Everything was awesome! Very friendly staff! Good place to stay! Though the only thing I would change is that they don’t change everything all the time so make sure since our shower curtain smelled like mold and I asked them to change it and they did which was awesome! And the air conditioning and heater work very well!!

Super friendly staff and very clean and simple. The thoughtful 'dog' touches were outstanding: bowl bed, treats, decoration. I can't wait to spread the word to others and stay another night there.

Great mountain views
What a great place to stay for a weekend trip, overnighter or for a longer excursion. The room was very clean and fresh, very comfortable and had great views of the mountains. Ive had positive communication from guest services upon arriving, during and after my stay and have booked to stay there again in the coming month. Only negative comment , which is really not dissapointing but the trains running through Fernie do use their horns periodically throught the day and night, but I appreciate its for safety and it didnt keep me awake but may others. Altogether a big thumbs up from me!

Perfect little place
We will definitely be staying here again. Room was newly redone, bedding was clean and place was quiet. Our dogs were accepted, no questions and no addition pet fees, plus we received a “doggie care package”, dog bed in the room and a water bowl.
