The hot tub was a fantastic relaxation after hiking and cycling. The two negatives i would have to say are the walls could use a refresh as there are many chips in the paint and it makes the place look worn. The other was the master bed mattress sags in the middle and we found ourselves rolling into each other at night. That did not make for a sound sleep. By myself first week. Had friends visit for last 4-nights. Second time staying at Stone Creek Chalets and had another great stay. FCR responded quickly to an issue with the dishwasher latch. Couple issues included poor lighting and the dishwasher, once latching, still did a poor job even of well rinsed dishes. Kitchen was well stocked and the ski in at the end of the day was very good. The mattresses are extremely firm, too firm for my preference. Otherwise we had a very nice ski trip. The cleanliness of the hot tub when we arrived was bad as it didn’t have chlorine and needed chemicals. The tub water was murky and very foamy/greasy. Chemicals were eventually added which was appreciated. Unfortunately the hot tub cleanliness is not held to the same standard of cleanliness as the rest of the condo’s. The hot tub was very clean and nice to soak after our day or bike riding. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. There were some small maintenance issues with the unit/accessories but overall, it did not affect our stay. We reported the issues to the property manager who I assume, will address them.
