Just a 5-minute drive from both downtown Fernie and the ski hill, this property is perfectly situated for your mountain getaway. Please note the pool and spa facilities are currently closed and are expected to reopen for Christmas 2025. Your stay includes the convenience of secure underground parking, an elevator, and access to incredible amenities, including a 45-foot pool, hot tub, gym, steam room, and in-suite washer and dryer. The largest condo in the building provides breathtaking views of the ski hill and Elk River Valley, offering a serene retreat in any season. Whether you’re here to ski, snowboard, hike, bike, fish, or simply relax, this condo is the perfect base for your adventures. Within a 25-minute walk, you’ll find fantastic restaurants and a soothing spa, and the tranquil river is just a 5-minute stroll away. Inside, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms on the main floor, along with a pullout couch in the living room. The upstairs loft features a Queen bed and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top, providing ample space for families or groups. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for creating memorable meals. Step out onto the balcony to soak in sweeping views of Fernie’s stunning landscape, with a BBQ grill and comfortable patio furniture perfect for dining al fresco. Bed configurations: Master Bedroom: 1 King bed, TV, and a large ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. Second Main Bedroom: 1 Queen bed. Second Bathroom: Full 3-piece bath with a tub/shower combo. Living Room: Pullout sofa bed (sleeps 2). Loft: 1 Queen bed and 1 bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top), with TV. Guests have exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the pool, spa, sauna, and gym within the Silver Rock property.
