"My partner and I spent our one-year anniversary here, and it was absolutely wonderful. The location was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect setting for a weekend getaway. The accommodation was beautifully presented and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—and more. It's also ideally situated within easy reach of stunning scenery, charming attractions, and fantastic wineries, allowing us to fully experience everything this beautiful region has to offer. The value for money was excellent, and it was clear that the hosts have put a great deal of care and attention into creating such a welcoming and comfortable space. We couldn't recommend staying here highly enough and would gladly return in the future.Thank you again for helping make our anniversary so special!"
"Older style chalet as per the area that was clean and well presented. Everything works and it has a wood heater but you will need to bring wood. Great for an old style weekend away from everything.Note, there is bore water to the bathroom vanity and kitchen hot tap, with tank water to the shower and kitchen cold tap."
"The property had two lock boxes. One was on the wall of the house and other was on veranda post facing house. The one the on house was an old one and did not work. We did not see the new till the caretaker told us about.Remove old one and tell tenants were the new one is this will save confusion."
"We stayed at Coopera Inn over the New Year period with a group of 12 people. The house itself is big, spacious, and well suited to larger groups, which we appreciated. On arrival, however, both the general waste and recycling bins were already completely full, which was difficult given the number of guests staying. I messaged through the inbox but didn’t receive a response. As the real estate office was just down the road, we went in person to ask about the bins and for general house information, as there was only a visitor compliments book and a folder with local menus—no general house guide.Initially, we spoke with a female staff member who explained they had lost staff over the holiday period and said she would organise a bin collection. Unfortunately, a couple of days later the bins still hadn’t been collected, so we had to return again. A gentleman then advised us to swap our bin with a nearby local business bin.Overall, the house itself was great in terms of size and space, but the lack of general information and issues with waste management made the stay less smooth than expected, especially over a busy holiday period."
