The house was clean and with a great view of the water. The houses are right next to each other so not a ton of privacy but a cool spot. I grew up in Whatcom County but had never been to Sandy Point before. There were three bathrooms so each of us had a bathroom and overall it was cozy, clean and much better than a hotel room.
