Struttura fatiscente e obsoleta. Necessita di manutenzione straordinaria per poter essere accettabile. Ho prenotato come luna di miele un bungalow deluxe. Ho avvertito che eravamo in luna di miele. Ci hanno dato una bungalow con tre letti in cui a stento ci potevamo muovere. Il personale completamente inadeguato. Non parlano una parola di inglese, spagnolo e l’italiano. Non ci hanno neppure mostrato dive era possibile fare la prima colazione e ci hanno accompagnato alla nostra camera. Tornati in stanza il primo giorno nel pomeriggio, la camera non era stata neanche pulita! Formiche sul letto… Insomma un totale abbandono! Malgrado fosse una prenotazione non rimborsabile abbiamo deciso di andare via in un’altra posada per non essere trattati in questo modo, senza alcun riguardo per il cliente. Per il costo chiesto è davvero un latrocinio. Una vergogna!
