This is an older property that the new owners are in the process of renovating. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the new owners are very kind and eager to please! The current breakfast available is cereal and muffins, but I was told they are planning on adding more options soon. We enjoyed our stay here for one night. It was quiet and affordable. We would definitely stay here again!

Assused of smoking in our room.
So things started off well, however after i checked out i was called and asked not to return because my room smelled of smoke... 1st off we are smokers our clothes smell like it always 2nd we spent the night beforehand out at a bonfire so yeah..... but they were rude and did not listen.

An Affordable, Clean and Convenient Place to Sleep
I think this place gets a bad rap in reviews due to previous owners. From what I've seen, the current owner has updated the rooms, paint, new mattresses, fixtures, etc., plus the owner is on-site and always gracious and helpful. At the end of the day, it isn't Disneyland; it's an affordable, clean and convenient place to sleep in Fergus Falls.

Dated property but clean. Need a room for a brief stay and met my needs. Expedia price included taxes and fees but I still had to pay taxes when I booked the room. $7.00 more

Comfy and clean in a generously sized room
We were pleasantly surprised by our recent overnight at the Fergus Inn. I booked the hotel on my phone after traveling all day. The front desk attendant was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room decor was a little dated, however everything was in great shape. The room and public areas are clean and well cared for. The beds were super comfortable.

Clean comfortable budget hotel
I made the reservation last minute as I had accidentally booked another place very far away from where I needed to be. I was very grateful to find a quiet, clean place to sleep for the night (and binge some HGTV). The concierge was delightful, very sweet, he checked me in quickly and gave me directions to my room. I slept well, and was out the door early the next morning. For an older budget hotel, everything looked great and was very clean, which is all I need.

Clean and affordable option. Staff is friendly. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. However, the hallway carpets could use a deep clean. It’s a budget hotel so therefore breakfast is bare bones; cereal with milk, prepackaged pastries, and coffee. If sleep and shower is your only priority, its the budget place for you.

Worth the Price, Quiet and Conveniently Located
The hotel is affordable and conveniently located, near many food places and gas stations. It was clean and comfortable, very quiet and what you'd expect for the price. J.C. was very hospitable and accommodating, and if we're in the area in the future we'd definitely stay here again

The continental breakfast was cereal/milk and gas station donuts. Coffee & water tasted horrible. The bathroom sink was actually outside of the bathroom near the bed. Staff was very friendly and our room was clean & the price was right for just a quick overnight stay. AC & TV both in excellent working order.
