"Perfect spot for a summer getaway! The beach at this property was amazing for the kids to swim because it’s so shallow and the adults were able to relax on the deck and watch them swim. The lake is beautiful with clear water and great fishing by the reeds. Our host responded quickly to all of the questions we had and was very accommodating to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Would highly recommend this property!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this VRBO property! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—if not better. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all the essentials (and more). The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the living areas were cozy and welcoming. The host was fantastic: responsive, friendly, accommodating and made check-in/check-out a breeze. This property truly felt like a home away from home. "We booked this hotel for about $50 less than other hotels with similar review scores in the area. It’s a renovated super8 style hotel- very basic but our room was clean (even the corners of the bathroom), beds were comfortable and owner/operator at the front desk was friendly. The hotel hallways had a damp but not mildewy-smell, but the room was fine. Breakfast area had cereal and waffle machine. Would stay again for an overnight stop on a road trip. "
