Perfectly located in the heart of Fenwick Island, just a 10 minute walk to the beach, your family will enjoy beautiful views of Little Assawoman Bay from the new expansive decks and outdoor space where you can grill, dine out and pass the hours watching sunsets, sunrises and enjoying the drinks of your preference! Kayak using the three one person kayaks and life jackets. Walk to the beach using the beach chairs provided, the water park, mini golf, ice cream, boutique shopping and everything Fenwick Island has to offer including amazing restaurants like Matt’s Fish Camp, Nantuckets, One Coastal and more. This home features amazing outdoor space, 3 bedrooms upstairs with a new king, two double beds and two twins and 2 full baths. Please bring your own linens and towels. We provide pillows and blankets. We recommend Gale Force rentals in Ocean View if you prefer to rent them. Gale Force delivers and picks up. On the ground floor there is plenty of room for the kids to spread out and watch TV or play games and there is another half bath. The garages are for owner storage. One Fenwick Island parking pass is provided for your convenience in town. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for 8 people including a drip coffee machine, and there is parking for 4 cars and an outdoor shower. There are 3 smart TVs (internet only) in the living room master bedroom, and lower level family room. Paper starters, shampoo, hair dryers, iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience. There is an 18’ to 20 ‘ long step down pier along the canal bulkhead available for accommodating an appropriate sized vessel. Owners advise a maximum length of 24 feet. Boat owners must supply their own tie up lines and bumpers. The step down pier is in usable but only fair condition and extra caution must be used by everyone and anyone using this area. Boat owners assume all responsibility for the safety of themselves, their family members, and guests as well as their boat, while using the bulkhead / pier area. Included with your booking are 8 different activity passes every day within 30 minutes of most homes. You receive one pass per activity, per home, per day including: Bear Trap Dunes, Ocean View 18 holes! Cape May to Lewes Ferry (round trip) Fenwick Island Fun Splash Mountain (kids) Kayak/SUP from Sea Rocket, Dewey Beach Rehoboth Cycle Sports Beach Cruiser Nassau Valley Vineyards Wine Tasting in Frankford. Rita’s Italian Ice in Millville Lighthouse Mini Golf in Millville. Passes do not accumulate. It's one pass per activity, per home, per day. Explore the Fenwick canals and the waters of the beautiful Little Assawoman Bay by kayak or stand up paddle board. Rent a pontoon for a day on the water, or get a permit for an evening bonfire on the beach and create wonderful memories with friends and family. ATTENTION: Surf Fishing Permit Holders, the drive on beach access is located less than 2 miles north of Oyster Bay Drive. Air station located at the entry. There is no smoking in the home at all. Guests must be 25 to book. Séjour de 3 nuits en septembre 2022 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Gregory G. 27 août 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Impromptu Getaway We planned our little getaway in less than a week and were lucky enough to find this property. The listing was accurate. The house was in a good location…easy walk to shops, restaurants, miniature golf, etc and the views from the deck were spectacular! The only negatives that we would give this house is that there was virtually no storage available in the kitchen to place our food and items for the week. We were given half of a shelf in the entire kitchen for storage. There was also no pantry, so we had to leave much of our food and supplies in our bags and pick from them throughout the week. Two out of the three bedrooms had all of their drawers empty, but the smaller (kids) room had zero space to store clothes. Our family members in that room had to live out of their suitcases for the duration of their stay. The other negative would be that there was a significant leak coming from the kitchen sink. We found a large bowl in the cabinet under the sink to catch the water, so clearly this had been an issue for some time. It would’ve been manageable had the water stayed in the bowl, but water seeped onto the kitchen floor, so we had to keep bowls and towels on the floor during our stay. Jeremy, the building manager, was responsive and did his best to get a plumber out to the property. He did secure one by our second full day there. The plumber came out twice, but was still unable to fix the issue before it was time for us to go home. These are easy fixes and should not deter anyone from staying at this property. They were just inconveniences during our stay. Again, the location, deck and views were amazing and made all of the little headaches worth it. ##### Gregory G. We bought our kayak and load it right out back, nice calm water. Short walk to the ice cream shops and other shops, beach is close too. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset out on the deck. The property manager was great and was fast to respond to any questions I had. ##### Anh W. We didn't know much about Fenwick Island but WOW what a great little area. The House was awesome, truly better than we expected, and that's rare. Looks like it has had a lot of improvements recently. Beautiful view out over the bay in the evenings. The location is super convenient, (much more so than S. Bethany) walking distance to restaurants, liquor store, coffee, shopping, mini golf, water slide, bike rental... And a 5 minute drive to a couple grocery stores and pretty much anything else you may need. Sheets and bedding were provided, another nice surprise, but definitely good to bring your own bath and beach towels. We plan to stay in Fenwick and this House again next year! ##### Cal G.
