A huge, professionally decorated, luxurious retreat with multiple family rooms that is located oceanside in the heart of Fenwick Island. Built in 2009 by Delaware's premier builder Zonko Builders, this enormous ocean-block retreat has 3 individual suites in one huge 6,300 square foot house. This house is immaculately clean and very well maintained. Each suite includes a gas fireplace, hardwood flooring, multiple porches & decks and the use of a private, 12 person, 900 gallon hot tub with 47 jets that is serviced weekly. Once you park your car, you can literally walk everywhere. The top floor suite has 5 bedrooms, a huge great room with kitchen, a large screened in porch, sunroom, a rooftop deck with ocean views and sleeps 12 people. The two first floor suites each have three bedrooms, a great room and a kitchen, 2 full baths and sleep 8 people each. There is a pool table with ping pong top. In addition, we have an elevator which can be used to transport luggage and groceries to the 1st and 2nd floor. Fenwick Island Time has bright, open rooms with cheerful fun beach décor and plenty of places to hang out. There is also an outdoor shower and ground level/outdoor restroom which makes it easy if you have to go to the bathroom while on the beach without having to enter the house. Other Highlights for you to enjoy: Three (3) 60" Ultra HD 4K Smart TVs - You can log into Netflix, Amazon, etc. Private 12 person hot tub that holds 900 gallons with 47 jets and is serviced bi-weekly for your stay Whole house internet/Wi-fi 8' Pool Table w/ Ping Pong Top Tournament horse shoe set for the beach Bimini ring & hook game and a gas grill out back 4 bikes for your group to explore Fenwick Island 8 foot folding table and chairs that our guests are welcome to use so that the whole group can dine together Deck and porch furniture as well as artwork and beach décor A beach cart, 10 beach chairs and 2 commercial beach umbrellas for our guests to enjoy and for their convenience The Fenwick guarded beach is a two-minute walk from our house (without having to cross Coastal Highway). It is amazingly less crowded and quiet compared to the beaches in Ocean City, Bethany Beach and Rehoboth - typically Fenwick's beach has 70% less people than those beaches. It will remind you of your own private beach. Located oceanside in the heart of Fenwick Island just a short stroll to the beach, restaurants, mini golf, go-carts and water slides. Perfect for multiple families traveling together, large family gatherings, reunions and corporate retreats. Island Time also has free high speed internet and wi-fi for our guests. The Widow's Walk deck gives you one of the best vantage points in Fenwick Island to enjoy glorious sunsets! Or enjoy your morning coffee sitting out on either of the additional 3 decks or a relaxing afternoon on the awesome screened porch. For the chefs, Island Time features 3 fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and gas cooktops. Most places on the Eastern shore have electric cooktops. We also have a large electric griddle for making perfect pancakes for your group, a waffle iron for our guests to enjoy, a 6 quart crockpot and a large 6 burner gas grill outside. Easy walking distance to Matt's Fish Camp Restaurant, Mancini's Brick Oven Pizza and Nantucket's to name a few. In addition, Island Time is only 18 miles to the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach. The Tanger Outlets feature over 140 stores including Under Armour, Tommy Bahama, Lululemon, Nike & Banana Republic as well as tax-free Delaware shopping to make a great deal even better. It's a fun way to spend a day if the weather isn't cooperating. Bedding is as follows: 3 kings, 4 queens, 4 twins and 4 sets of built-in twin bunks. Guests can rent linens through Sea Play Homes or OC Beach and Linen Rentals. Two companies in the Fenwick area, Delmarva Sport Adventures and Coastal Kayak, offer Eco kayak tours as well as lessons to surf the waves in a kayak. A 20 minute ride from our home takes you to Rehoboth Beach. The town is much larger than Bethany and Fenwick and boasts many shopping and dining options, a three mile boardwalk and an amusement park. There are also fabulous sales tax-free outlet shopping at 140 Outlet stores. In minutes you can get to Ocean City with a long boardwalk with a large amusement park (including a fun roller coaster) and many more restaurants, bars and shops. A 10 minute ride takes you to the Freeman stage for top talent entertainment. A walk across the street takes you to the DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum which houses artifacts from sunken ships in the area. If you are lucky, they will bring out a 50 pound gold "necklace" found in a sunken Spanish ship. You can also visit Lewes, smaller than Rehoboth but very quaint. Lastly, Jolly Roger Amusement park on 30th Street (7 miles from our place) in Ocean City has a huge water park with tons of water slides, wave pools and even a water roller coaster that kids will love. You can take a fishing charter out at the Indian River marina for a half or full day. And a 5-minute ride takes you across the bay where you can rent a boat or jet skis. There are numerous world-class golf courses within a 5-30 minute drive from our place. Some are Bayside, Baywood Greens, Bear Trap Dunes, Lighthouse Sound, Rum Pointe (our personal favorite), War Admiral & Man O'War at GlenRiddle, Cripple Creek Golf, CC Dagsboro, Kings Creek, Old Landing Golf Course Rehoboth Beach and Rehoboth CC. We had such a wonderful experience at this beautiful home! We were looking for a place to host our large family with a range of ages and we couldn't believe when we found such a perfect spot! The separate kitchens allowed each little family to have some personal space but the big great room on the top floor allowed for large family gatherings and visiting! The elevator allowed our senior family members to come and enjoy the house as well. The house was clean, well-stocked, right near the beach, and the hosts were so easy to work with! The layout of the property was perfect. The space was beautiful and the short walk to the beach was perfect. There were 24 of us and not once did it feel crowded. In fact you were able to walk throughout the house and visit and find groups hanging out conversing. All the kitchens were perfect and the upper floor space accommodated us all for dinner easily. The entire property was very clean and well organized. We had 11 cars and with planning, the available parking easily accommodated all the cars What a great property for our reunion. ##### John K. This property allows all of us to live together with absolutely NO drama. Separate suites make privacy easy! Huge family area makes game time a breeze! Large eating area make ordering crabs fun with an easy clean up! There is a top deck that gives a perfect view to spectacular sunsets. Every amenity has been thought out and put into play. Outdoor shower and hose makes sure there is no sand in the house. What can you say about a 12-person hot tub..Awesome! The owner is a breeze to work with. It’s so hard to find a house that can accommodate our large group and everyone had a bed! Susie, the owner was absolutely amazing, before, during, and with the check out process. The Fenwick Island Time house was absolutely perfect in every way imaginable! It had so much room for our group of 26, with 3 separate suites, with each one having their own kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms. Each bedroom was occupied, but the house is so big, we never felt crowded. And there was so much for the kids to do from playing pool and ping pong, to taking a dip in the hot tub, to walking 2 blocks down the street to mini golf and go karts! We were only a super short walk to and from the beach and was able to order in 2 out of the 3 nights from restaurants right there! The owner was fantastic and answered all of our questions. This was such a good weekend getting to catch up with friends of 30 years, while our kids all got to hang out together. Perfect house and perfect location! ##### Jennifer M. There were 16 of us and the house provided wonderful group space for dining and games and also lots of private areas to give everyone a chance for private time. Of course, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and lots of parking spaces too. The house is just a short walk to the beach, and it was nice to have all the beach paraphernalia provided. Even bikes! With a rooftop deck for sunning and screened porches for lounging, there really was a place for everyone to relax in their own way. The only drawback is a bit of street noise but it wasn't extreme. It had plenty of parking and living, cooking, eating, and sleeping space. 10 adults and 12 children fit quite comfortably. The layout made it easy to keep the house clean and tidy, and allowed our four children and their families to function as private groups when preferable. Great property and trip - lots of space to spread out! Teens loved the hot tub and pool table. Short walk to pizza, ice cream, mini golf. House is on main road so front bedrooms can be loud. No direct path to beach, but about a 5 minute walk. Beach was busy, but we definitely had space and room. Lifeguards were great. Lots of the kitchen stuff had migrated upstairs so it was a constant game of find the kitchen gadgets. Owners were easy to contact and very responsive - quickly dealing with an issue with one of the refrigerators. Great time - our first family get together since precovid! ##### John S. Easy communication with owner, check in, etc. Everything works great. We loved the multiple hang out spaces-- having three kitchens, living rooms, decks, etc and the short walk to the beach. Loved that there are bikes and boogey boards and a beach cart. Location is right on Coastal Highway, which is a busy road. Plenty of parking. Another major plus was an elevator for the grandparents. Everything you could possibly need for a week at the Ocean was there! Even BIKES!! The Hot Tub is amazing. Parking was Great! The main floor dining area has a table that accommodated our 15-person family plus 2 friends. Crabs and Games were totally enjoyed there. The elevator makes moving in and out a breeze! We had a family reunion for my Dads memorial. The house layout allowed for sll of us to be together in the top floor great room while the rest of the house allowed space for each family unit to chill if they wanted to get away. We had a great time. The house is extraordinary. Easily comfortable for 3 full sized families, and able to be quarantined off to provide privacy with a great mingling area on the top floor. 3 full sized kitchens, huge hot tub. Right by the beach and located in a nice, clean, and quiet location. Mike the host was a pleasure to deal with, answering lots of my questions until I found the house guide which had most of them answered (my oversight!). The carpet had been professionally cleaned and the house was in great shape. Would highly recommend, especially for large families! ##### Jeff M.
