I could bring my dog. The backyard is partially fenced and spacious. Downtown Fenton is super cute and a short walk away. Negatives: the place is very drafty and the heating vent is centrally located so you can’t close bedroom doors or those rooms become very cold. The heating unit bangs when it turns on and the house makes noises as the temperature changes. This kept us up part of the night. The neighbors downstairs were very loudly swearing at each other during our visit and their three dogs barked frequently. Our dog was an anxious mess from all of the loud noises. The cleaning fees are quite high considering the size of the property and the expectation that we hand wash all of our dishes and start the laundry.
