Felton's small downtown area exudes a friendly, small-town ambiance with unique shops, local eateries, and a strong sense of community. For those seeking a peaceful retreat with easy access to nature, historic sites, and a warm community, Felton is the perfect destination.  
  
This is a very quiet, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.
