The elevator takes you comfortably from the underground car park to the 2nd floor directly in front of your apartment.  
  
The ski and bike cellar is located on the level of the underground garage,  
  
from which you can easily access the ski slopes (Ski In and Ski Out) or the extensive network of cycle paths in summer.  
  
Look forward to a bright, stylish and cozy ambience in the open attic.  
  
The non-smoking apartment is lovingly furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, integrated into the living area with dining area, sofa bed and Smart TV.  
  
Enjoy the view of the ski slope or lush meadows in summer on the fully covered balcony.  
  
A cozy box-spring bed with a size of 180 cm x 200 cm awaits you in the separate bedroom.
