We have adopted additional cleaning and disinfection protocol, in accordance with local recommendations to maintain the safety of our guests. Old renovated farm retaining all its character. It is located on a farm of 200,000m2, with fields, animals and forest. Ideal for walking and appreciate a good sunset. The house has internet connection, hot / cold air, private pool and parking. The house has four double bedrooms. The first one located on the ground floor, with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and the remaining three on the ground floor, one of them with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and the other two with two single beds each (1.00 x 2.00). In the distributor of the rooms there is a double sofa bed, ideal for stays of adults and children (10 people). The three bathrooms are equipped with a bath or shower, two located on the ground floor and the third on the ground floor. All rooms have exterior light. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, two fridge freezers, Nespresso-Merlita coffee makers and fireplace. Dining area with table for 8 people and fireplace. And a living room with two sofas, satellite TV, DVD player and stereo available and fireplace. On the terrace, under a pergola there is a dining area. Next to the pool is our barbecue / summer kitchen ideal for lunch or dinner, equipped with gas stove, fridge, barbecue and table for 8 people, very nice. Everything is as described in the listing (better, in fact). We will return without doubt. Maria and her husband were incredibly helpful with regard to booking restaurants and advising on beaches and locations. It is also a peaceful location. Sure, you need a car to get around, but you would be crazy to not explore all the amazing places on the island - so you need a car wherever you stay I think. Jeweils 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern. Die Finca ist komplett ruhig gelegen mit nur 2 anderen Fincas auf einem riesen Grundstück - obwohl eine direkt angrenzt, bekommt man es kaum mit, dass da noch jemand ist. Die Lage ist mit zehn Minuten zur den Küstenorten wie Cala D´Or optimal - man hat seine Ruhe und entgeht dem Trubel dort, ist aber mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten an vielen tollen (und leider auch recht touristischen) Orten an der Küste oder im Inland. Die Finca hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünscht - insbesondere eine gute Klimatisierung, eine tolle Küche - eine Außenküche direkt am Pool und liebevoll renovierte/eingerichtete Zimmer im mallorkinischen Stil. Einweisung und Checkout war freundlich und unkompliziert, Maria, die Vermieterin war immer schnell per Whatsapp zu erreichen und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Finca nur absolut empfehlen. Wer hier keinen schönen Urlaub verbringt, ist selbst schuld ;) ##### Daniel K. So findet jeder schnell seinen persönlichen Lieblingsplatz. Sehr begeistert hat uns alle die etwas abseits des Hauses gelegene Außenküche mit Barbacoa, fließend Wasser und Kühlschrank - ideal zum Grillen und Zusammensitzen in den lauen Sommernächten. Auf der Terrasse am Pool mit Blick in die Landschaft spenden hohe Bäume Schatten, Wir kommen seit Jahren auf die Insel, der Südosten gefällt uns besonders gut, weil er viel Abwechslung bietet. Hier liegt das Haus ideal zwischen Felanitx, Santanyí und dem Meer. Bekannte Strände wie Es Trenc oder Cala Mondrago sind bequem zu erreichen. Besonders hat uns diesmal allerdings die kleine Cala Sa Nau gefallen - Tip von María: nächstgelegener Strand vom Haus aus, ca. 15 min. mit dem Auto, schattiger Parkplatz, kurzer Fußweg zur Felsbucht mit kleinem Sandstrand, nette Bar mit Plätzen unter den Pinien, auch in der Hochsaison offenbar nicht überlaufen. Toller Ausgangspunkt auch für (Renn)radtouren (guter Verleih in Cas Concos) - von Flach- bis Bergetappe ist hier alles möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ##### Astrid W. Aug 3, 2017 #### Farmhaus mit Stil & Charme Das mit Stil renovierte Bauernhaus ist in natura noch schoener als auf den Bildern. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit mit der gesamten Familie. Es gibt viele Ecken zum Entspannen und der Pool bietet Abkuehlung an heissen Tag. Unsere Gastgeben Maria & Miguel waren stets freundlichst, hilfsbereit und haben Fragen schnell beantwortet. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell an den wunderschoenen Straenden Mallorcas und kleine Ortschaften sind nicht weit entfernt. Wir alle haben uns in diesem schoenen Haus sehr wohlgefuehlt! Aug 13, 2015 #### Wunderschöne Finca Wir verbrachten mit 9 Personen einen tollen Urlaub in der wunderschönen Finca. Alles war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders das großzügige Außengelände mit dem schönen Pool, nutzten wir ausgiebig und genossen dort jede Minute. Doch auch in dem geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Haus fühlten wir uns sofort wohl. In der Außenküche verbrachten wir gemütliche Grillabende. Die Vermieter waren vom ersten Kontakt an sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage empfanden wir als perfekt, einige Strände und wunderschöne Städtchen sind schnell zu erreichen und auch schöne Restaurants sind in der näheren Umgebung zu finden. At the countryside but anyhow near a lot of beautiful calas (beaches), close to good grocery stores and restaurants. The owners were very helpful and nice people! Jun 18, 2015 #### Erholsamer Urlaub in wunderschönem Ambiente Wir (zwei Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kindern) waren für 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen alten Bauernhof einquartiert. Das Haus selber ist äusserst liebevoll und geschmackvoll hergerichtet und ist mit einem grosszügig geschnittenen Wohnbereich, 4 großen Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern mehr als ausreichend für 2 Familien. Higlight war die Aussenküche am Pool, die über einen eigenen Gasherd, Kühlschrank und Grill verfügte. Neben dem Frühstück in der Morgensonne, hat man hier auch Platz um weitere Freunde einzuladen. Der Pool selber ist zu klein, um Bahnen zu schwimmen, eignet sich aber hervorragend für ein erfrischendes Bad nach einer Rennradtour oder für die Kinder zum planschen. Liegen zum Entspannen sind mehr als aureichend vorhanden. Der grosse gekieste Platz vor dem Haus ist ideal, um mit den Kindern herumzutollen, Fahrräder oder Badesachen lassen sich bequem in einem großen Abstellraum verstauen. Dank der erhöhten Lage des Hauses weht immer ein erfirschender Wind und auch das Meer lässt sich erahnen. Neben dem heidihaften Glockengeläute, stören leider etwas die Auto- bzw. Motorradgeräusche, der sich in der Nähe befindlichen Straße. Der Verkehr hält sich aber in Grenzen und ist abends eigentlich nicht mehr vorhanden. Herausragend ist der Service durch die Vermieter. Diese sind äusserst nett und zuvorkommend und sobald man einen Wunsch äussert, wird dieser umgehend erfüllt. Im Ganzen war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, den wir auf jeden Fall wiederholen wollen. Los propietarios son encantadores y te dan todo tipo de facilidades desde el principio. El estado de la casa, los servicios , la limpieza y los detalles, excepcionales. Jul 31, 2014 #### Traumhaft schöne Finca Wir haben schon mehrere Urlaube auf Mallorca in schönen Ferienhäusern verlebt, aber dies war mit Abstand die schönste Finca! Das Haus wurde liebevoll und originell renoviert und ist sehr geschmackvoll mit Blick für Details eingerichtet. Jeder Raum hat seinen eigenen ganz besonderen Charme! Direkt an die Finca grenzt ein weiteres Ferienhaus an, was aber überhaupt nicht stört, da Eingang und Außenbereich völlig unabhängig sind und man eigentlich nichts voneinander mitbekommt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Im Außenbereich gibt es eine weitere Küche, die wir auch häufig genutzt haben und mehrere Plätze zum Entspannen, Essen und Sonnen und mit Blick auf die schöne, hügelige Umgebung. Auch die Lage der Finca war für uns perfekt. Nach kurzer Autofahrt ist man in Cala d'Or, das zwar recht touristisch ist, aber jede Menge Geschäfte und einen guten Supermarkt hat. Porto Colom ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Auch in der näheren Umgebung der Finca gibt es nette Geschäfte und Restaurants. Besonders hervorzuheben sind auch die ausgesprochen freundlichen Vermieter, die sich sehr persönlich und zuvorkommend um uns gekümmert und uns mit einem äußert großzügigen und köstlichem Willkommenspaket begrüßt haben.
