Whether it's a poolside getaway or a relaxing beach holiday you want, Villa Estrelitzia is a great choice! This delightful 3 bedroom villa has a large private swimming pool, as well as only being a minutes' walk from the beautiful Cala Serena Beach. A choice of shops and restaurants are also within a short walk, with the magnificent marina and any of the other areas of Cala D'or, including the main resort center, easily reached by car or land train. WiFi and air conditioning / heating in the bedrooms are included. Swimming pool and BBQ area The pool area at this Cala D'Or villa has a large kidney shaped pool with built-in barbecue. There is plenty ample space to relax in the sunshine or take shade under the terrace that has a dining table and chairs. In trance Villa Estrelitzia has a private gated driveway with plenty of space for your hire cars. From here steps lead up to both the pool terrace and the main entrance to the house. Living space The light and airy lounge has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and an ornamental stone fireplace. Patio doors from the lounge open onto the terrace by the pool. An archway leads into the dining area and through to the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. From the kitchen you can access the garage and utility room. Bedrooms and bathrooms On the ground floor is a twin bedroom and separate bathroom as well as a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors opening onto the pool terrace. The third bedroom is accessed externally from steps by the front door. The steps lead up to a spacious roof terrace and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Air conditioning / heating In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 22:00 to 08:00. Villa location Beach lovers will be in their element with the beautiful beach of Cala Serena only 100m away! Plus, you can also venture to any of the other 6 fantastic beaches in Cala D'or, all within a 1 mile radius of Villa Estrelitzia, by car or land train. A small choice of shops and places to eat are within a short walk in the area of Cala Ferrera, with a greater choice to be found 2 miles away in the main center of Cala D'or. Shops and restaurants The nearby area of Cala Ferrera has a choice of shops and places to eat. "Bar Maria" is the closest restaurant which is just 400m away. There is also a small supermarket at just 500m away. Any of the other smaller areas situated within Cala D'or can be easily reached by car or land train, all offering a big choice of restaurants and cafes. The main center of Cala D'or is 2 miles away where you'll find the best choice of facilities including restaurants, shops, bars, cafes and local street artists! The beautiful Cala D'or Marina is 3 miles away, also easily reached by land train if you don't want to drive, and has a good choice of fashionable restaurants overlooking the boats. The house looks exactly as shown in the pictures and is very well equipped, The garden with the plants and flowers, the terrace and the pool are one oasis. The small beach in the beautiful bay of Cala Serena can be reached in a few meters via a staircase. The communication with Pere was very reliable and friendly. Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### John E. 23 mai 2019 #### cala dór het was een perfecte woning voor ons gezelschap. jammer genoeg hebben we maar weinig gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad omdat het weer niet meewerkte en zoals de meeste zwembaden in Spanje dit ook niet verwarmd was. op loop afstand naar een mooi klein strand dat nog niet druk was omdat het vroeg in het seizoen is. staat op de lijst om nog eens terug te gaan. ##### John E. Séjour de 7 nuits en mai 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Barbara R. 15 oct. 2018 #### Wunderbares Haus in unmittelbare nähe des Strands Uns hat der Aufenthalt hier, sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren zwei Freundinnen mit 3 Kinder und ein kleiner Hund. Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles da, Handmixer, Staubsauger, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und ganz viel Geschirr! Die überdachte Terrasse ist morgens zum Frühstücken in der Sonne besonders schön. Im Garten ist auch eine Hängematte, zwischen zwei Palmen aufgehängt. Wir bekamen sogar Standtücher für jeden von uns. Nach 5 Tage kamen die sehr netten Besitzer und haben die Handtücher ausgetauscht und im Garten Laub gefegt, den Pool gesäubert und mit dem Hochdruckreiniger die Flecken von den Datteln beseitigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl Gefühl! Wir kommen gerne wider. Auch Perez, der Sohn der Besitzer war sehr nett und bemüht! Vielen Dank, liebe Familie Manresa. ##### Barbara R. Sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Strand befindet sich nur 1 min entfernt. Danke an Pere und seiner Familie, es war wunderschön. ##### Olivia S. Séjour de 14 nuits en juin 2018 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Georg S. 21 mai 2018 #### Ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort für einen perfekten Familien-Urlaub keine 50 m vom Strand Wer schon mal schlechte Erfahrungen mit geschönten Bildern und geschummelten Entfernungen zum Strand gemacht hat, wird hier sehr positiv überrascht sein. Die sehr geräumige und mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Villa liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Wohngegend am Stadtrand von Cala d\`Or. Zur nahe gelegenen, kleinen aber feinen Sandbucht Cala Serena, welche zumindest im Mai absolut nicht überfüllt war, gelangt man in nicht mal 5 Min. zu Fuß über eine Treppe. Das Haus verfügt über einen fantastischen Swimmingpool, der von den Eigentümern stets sauber gehalten und gepflegt wird. Im großzügigen Erdgeschoß gibt es ein rel. großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und en suite- Badezimmer, ein (Kinder)-Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, ein separates Bad mit Badewanne, einen Eßbereich mit angrenzender Küche, die hinsichtlich Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen ließ und einen großzügigen Wohnbereich mit einer ebenso großen überdachten Veranda. Alles ist deutlich großzügiger als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Das 3\. sehr gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und wunderbarem Ausblick ist nur über eine Aussentreppe und die große Dachterrasse zu erreichen und verfügt über ein weiteres en suite Badezimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer haben eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Vervollständigt wird der insgesamt sehr positive Eindruck durch eine an die Küche angrenzende "Spiel"-Garage und eine Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine. Ausreichend Parkfläche besteht in der Einfahrt direkt vor dem Haus. Alles in allem hatten wir mit unseren 2 und 5-jährigen Kindern hier einen fantastischen Urlaub auch dank des sehr zuvorkommenden und sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieters Pere und seinen liebenswerten Eltern. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder. ##### Georg S.
